Seaton Barn is a complete renovation of a derelict barn located near the north Norfolk coast. ADM worked with our sister company Plummer Electrical to carry out the installation of the plumbing and electrical infrastructure through the property. This included;

• First fix of all hot & cold water circuits
• Installation of underfloor heating
• Installation of a hot water cylinder & associated pipework
• Second fix all bathroom sanitaryware
• First fix of all electrical infrastructure
• Second fix of all electrical appliances

The whole property has been finished to a very high specification, which required fluid coordination with multiple contractors. There were some tricky technical challenges our engineers’ had to overcome, particularly the large drop lights in the main living area (pictured). These fall from the very top of the barn and through the middle of the first floor, it’s a really unusual design and we love it!
